Healing for Rachel and Blair

7 MONTHS PREGNANT with BRAIN TUMOR ... AGAIN
IN NEED OF IMMEDIATE SUPPORT

My sister-in-law, Rachel Hardesty, age 32, endured a Molar Pregnancy 6 years ago. The Gestational Trophoblastic Disease metastasized to her brain showing several brain tumors. She was diagnosed with brain cancer January 1, 2013. On her 27th birthday on Jan. 8, she began Chemotherapy and Radiation. Through prayer and treatments, she was in remission for almost 7 years. After recovery and discovering children were not an option, my brother, Jeff Hardesty, and his wife, Rachel began adoption processes. They adopted a little baby girl, named Zoey. After 7 days, the birth mother resended on the adoption and Jeff and Rachel were forced to return their promise, Zoey. After two years of prayer and medical consultations, Jeff and Rachel miraculously conceived and had their son, Louis, now age 2. Two years later, they miraculously conceived again - this time with their baby girl, Blair. At 6 months gestation, Rachel experienced a decline in energy, bodily functions, motor skills and speech. After two ER visits and multiple tests, a large brain tumor was discovered on 10-26-19.  Fort Wayne, IN surgeons could not operate. Incoherent and unstable, Rachel was immediately transported to Indianapolis where she has been in the ICU since 10-26-19. After stabilizing her and Blair, her speech, motor skills, and comprehension mostly returned. Blair also stabilized. Rachel will undergo a scheduled C-Section on Nov. 8th. She will be 32 weeks along. Blair will go and stay in the NICU in Indianapolis. Rachel will have brain surgery on the same day, Nov. 8, 2019. She will not even get to see Blair until recovered from brain surgery. Pending test results, Chemo and Radiation will begin 4 weeks after brain surgery. We are praying the tumor is benign, NO cancer, therefore no treatments. This family of 4 has a toddler staying with grandparents 2.5 hours away from mommy, daddy, and soon - baby sister. Blair will be in NICU, growing. Mommy will have brain surgery, recovery, and therapy. Daddy, my dear brother, is and will be juggling Louis, Rachel, Blair, brain surgery, C-Section, NICU, hospital visits, finances, trips from Fort Wayne to Indy, and his job - working to keep their home and provide for his family. Their story is one of great trial and great victory. Please join us as we raise financial support for all medical bills, surgeries, hospital fees, ambulance transportations, treatments, therapy, and ongoing medical needs. Our goal is to raise $30,000 by Jan. 1, 2020 and $20,000 every month after until all needs are met and bills paid. Their need is immediate. They are a two-income family. Rachel cannot work right now. Jeff is trying his best to keep his job while attending to his family's emergent needs. Please consider financially supporting their family. Please pray for their family. Jesus conquered death and tumors. We stand on truth. Please join us. God Bless You!
