HEALING FOR HENDRIX
Tax deductible
On July 18, 2022, The Branning family took their 6 year old son, Hendrix, to the emergency room for dizziness and an inability to function normally with his right arm and leg. Hendrix was immediately transported to the University of South Alabama's Children's Hospital for further treatment. After extensive testing, Hendrix is looking at the possible diagnosis of a high grade glioma, a low grade glioma, or Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a brain tumor that is very aggressive and very difficult to treat because it is attached to an area of the brain stem which controls breathing, blood pressure and heart rate.
Hendrix is facing multiple procedures, chemotherapy and radiation treatments. There will be several Neurosurgeon visits and consults, hundreds of tests and many other medical facilities in Hendrix's future.
Justin and Amanda Branning of Gulfport, MS are over 70 miles from home with Hendrix in the hospital while also maintaining and caring for their other 6 children, ranging from age 4 to age 17. Justin, a 15 plus year police officer, is employed with the Biloxi Police Department, and Amanda is a police officer with the Long Beach Police Department.
Any donation will help impact Hendrix and The Branning Family, assisting with any family and medical expenses that occur during this time while focusing on the process of Healing For Hendrix.
Thank you in advance for your contribution.
