Healing for Clayne

From a routine body scan after a car accident, doctors found nodules on Clayne's Thyroid, and he was later diagnosed with thyroid cancer after receiving the biopsy results.
Clayne's doctor recommends having his entire thyroid gland be surgically removed as the first line of defense against the cancer, which would require Clayne to be on thyroid medication for the remainder of his life. Recent ultrasound imaging showed that his cancer is spreading beyond the thyroid and could affect other areas of the body, where other treatments could be recommended, like radiation or chemotherapy.
With Clayne's robust knowledge of the power of plant medicines and Shamanism, Clayne has opted to forgo the western medical treatment plan and pursue an ancient healing path where he will live with indigenous Shamans for 3-4 months deep in the Amazon Rainforest of Peru. In a place untouched by modern civilization lives an ancient indigenous tribe that has used various plant-based healing regimens for multiple illnesses, including cancer, for thousands of years. This tribe has welcomed Clayne with open arms and has agreed to assist him in his healing. Clayne is going to the Amazon alone with no family, while there he will have no access to the outside world, no phone or internet service. Clayne will only return home when the Shamans say his healing work is complete.
Clayne is a husband, a father to 4-beautiful girls and is the sole breadwinner of his family. He has always been self-sufficient and rarely asks for help. To assist in the cost of his treatment, travel expense and loss of income, we are raising funds to help support Clayne and his family while he is away healing.
