Last week Bronson came to St. Louis Children’s Hospital for a heart transplant evaluation. Thursday he had a heart catheterization as part of the transplant eval. He came home on Saturday. Early Tuesday morning he developed an aggressive infection. We are back at Children’s. He had surgery on his leg for the infection and will need more surgeries. Yesterday, he had a massive internal hemorrhage and was put on a ventilator. The plan is to just keep him supported and try to get him healed from this so he can get a new heart. He is fighting hard.
