My name is Sheri McCord. I am fundraising for my oldest sister, Cheryl McCord. Recently, my energetic, beautiful and hardworking sister was diagnosed with cancer of the hip bone and lung. She has gone from being an energizer bunny helping to care for young adults with cerebral palsy, buying and selling vintage items and working on ZUNI to share cool resources with kids and loving on her family to being confined to a small medical bed. The cancer has deteriorated a large part of her pelvic bone and prevents her from having mobility. She cannot put weight on the leg because the joint has little to no connectivity.

She has been through two months of tests and will begin radiation this week. We are raising money to assist with medical bills, deductibles, medicine, medical equipment, transportation and basic living necessities and expenses.

Cheryl is one of those beautiful spirits who adds light to this world. She is a strong-spirited woman and is fighting hard to move through this healing process. It is an arduous journey on every front. We are grateful for any funds you can share to help her through this journey. We also realize that prayers are a spiritual form of currency, and we are thankful if you can include her in yours.
