Healing Art for Athens Hospital Patients

My name is Costas Picadas and I’m an internationally exhibited artist who, seeks to alleviate suffering through his work.

To this end, my Visual Healing installations, prints, digital works and paintings, encourage the body’s natural healing processes to work through nature's positive imagery.

On another level, I donate to, and fund patients with a percentage of the sales of my works.

 My latest venture is a multi-media exhibition at Henri Dunant Hospital Center in Athens. Durant has kindly offered me the first 3 stories of their main building to install my healing imagery. This event is part of an ongoing experiment to gauge patient/ relative response to a positive environment filled with art.

Part of the proceeds from sales will be given to Floga (Parents’ Association of Children with Cancer).

 Your contributions to this GoFundme will be used to support the creation of this series of artworks, their installation and an opening ceremony whose intent will be to foster philanthropic donations part of which go to Floga.
Any donations collected in excess of our goal on this GoFundMe will also go to Floga.
