Hi everyone
As many of you know in December I sustained a broken leg due to a medication I was taking for Multiple Myeloma Cancer. The healing process is slower for people with cancer, but thankfully I can do some limited activities and my new little dog “Liberty” (a Chiweenie/Corgi mix) is very happy about this!
I ordered new business cards and magnetic signs for my car to generate some new dog care work. Covid had cost me, as many of my clients were still working from home.
Two weeks later Austin Manor Clearlake called to notify me that a 1 bedroom apartment was now available. I had applied there two years ago with no idea of when a unit would open up.
I was delighted to hear this news. It means I can live in affordably and have time to focus on getting healthier, spiritual practice, and a book I want to write.
A mover friend of mine has agreed to help me relocate for a a reasonable rate which is helpful. The move-in date has not been set yet but there’s much preparation prior to my moving day. I will need hired help to sort and pack everything on my end. These days I am not strong enough yet to lift anything and I get tired by early afternoon.
I’m doing minimal animal care gigs to make time for organizing stuff and other move prep as word that my apartment ready is likely happen on very short notice.
So I’m hoping to raise enough to keep me going with the basic expenses of living, the costs of moving, and manage my over all finances in the midst of this big life transition .
If you can contribute anything at all I would be grateful!
FYI For my friends in Lake County if you donate any amount over $100 I will gladly offer you a professional Swedish massage or Tarot reading once I’m settled in Clearlake. You can count on it!!
Thank you
With Gratitude
Sharon
