Hi Everyone,

My son (Autistic), his dad and I were in a terrible car accident. My son and I got rushed to the hospital by ambulance to get treated we both had low blood pressure and my son was laying on the ground throwing up. My son declined when we got to the hospital and lost consciousness. They rushed him to the trauma unit and found that he was having internal bleeding so they rushed him into surgery. The doctors came out and said that his spleen was cut in half so they had to remove it. They also found damage to his liver, kidney and pancreas. My son lost a lot of blood. When he went in, his blood pressure was so low that they were close to using the shocking pads to revive him. After the first surgery he had to be put on the ventilator. I wasn’t as bad as he was so I waited until he was stable to get checked out. When he was in second surgery I took that time to get checked out. I was in ER for 7 hrs to find out that I have a fracture in my right hand and the cut over my eyebrow could have had stitches. His dad hit head from the car spinning around and has a big bump on the side of face. These past few days has felt like a bad dream that you can’t wake up from. It’s so sad, my son is such a sweet boy, makes everyone laugh and loves everyone he didn’t deserve this. We are all recovering now. My son is very emotional and has been crying a lot. The lady who caused this accident had no sympathy and wouldn’t talk to us. We’ve all been in shock and trying to process this. Please help us. Because of the accident, I haven’t been able to work and I’m taking care of my son. We also lost our car. Please keep the prayers coming, thank you everyone for your support.
