Dear friends and family,

It is with hope and a little bit of shock and some sadness that we come to you asking for your love and support of our family member, a dear husband, brother, uncle, friend, Lenbirgh (affectionately known as Bergie) Redmond.

Bergie has been diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. We all know that Bergie lives life to the fullest and makes the most of each moment. Anyone who knows Bergie knows that he’s always the life of any room, any party, has jokes and funny, unbelievable stories for days. And he’s usually everyone’s favorite personality wise. We also know Bergie to be deeply caring, as he is the person in our family who solely goes to visit our oldest living immediate relative in Las Vegas and take her shopping monthly.

At this time, he and his wife, LaShawn, are navigating immense challenges and are in need of assistance.

A large number of people have asked our family how they can help. We are so thankful for your concern, your prayers, and wishes of healing for Bergie. LaShawn and Bergie are also in need of financial assistance, any amount you can share is greatly appreciated.
