Healing Ambre

Our dear friend Ambre Dailey is taking yet another trip through the depths of cancer.

Anyone who knows and loves Ambre Dailey has felt her warm, patient, kind-hearted, fun-loving and generous spirit. She is a dedicated working mom, devoting herself to her husband Larry, their almost ten- year old daughter Kaya, and to many years of work in improving literacy for children, first in California, and now in her new home in Vermont. Ambre is already a 2x cancer survivor, having beat Hodgkin's lymphoma as a teenager and advanced breast cancer in 2014/2015. She has been through it all - chemo, major surgery, radiation and years of maintenance drugs. Just recently, Ambre found herself with yet another new diagnosis - a recurrence of her breast cancer. In this sense, life has been more than unfair, but she is refusing to let it break her spirit.

Ambre’s courage is remarkable and her attitude is unwaveringly positive, and she has the support of all those who love her. However, she and her family will need additional assistance as they focus on Ambre’s treatment and continued recovery.
