Healer DIY has long been a favorite in the Indianapolis music scene. For almost 10 years we've hosted shows of all genres, art talks, and practically every event you can imagine. Over the last year, operations have become especially difficult - increased rent and utilities (you can imagine how much the electric bill is) as well as unexpected repairs have put us in a strained financial position. While we're grateful to our staff that has stepped up to donate their time to keep this place running, we've decided what we genuinely need is financial support from the community. We love what we do and we want to keep doing it for as long as possible. By donating, you're allowing us to keep this one-of-a-kind all-ages space not just functional, but thriving. It's hard to ask for help - especially in the times we're living through - but through keeping Healer's doors open we can allow for more fundraising and benefit shows for efforts far more deserving than ours. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to donate, to read this post, to come to a show, to support the arts in your community. We see you, and we hope you see us right back. - Healer
