Wagner is a rescued dog.  He is deaf and handicapped in his two hind legs.  He was living a new and very happy life until a few days ago.  On Thanksgiving night Wagner was attacked, beaten and stabbed over 24 times.  He needs your help to get better.  Any funds over the goal will be donated to Best Friends.  Thank you very much!
