My name is Keith and my wife is from Ukraine. We see the everyday tragedy that Ukrainians suffer from this needless invasion. We we wish to help.

Heal Ukraine Trauma is a UK-based charity with a goal to help Ukrainian veterans and their families heal from the trauma of war so that they can live fulfilling, productive lives.


I will be running the Valencia half marathon 2025 to raise money for this cause.
