Okay magical URL community! It has been almost a year since we successfully raised almost $6000 to help our beloved Marcella Kroll cover the first round of procedures in the costly oral surgery she needs.  Her second (and hopefully final!) surgery is scheduled for May 8, 2020, and so I am once again, creating the space for her to receive community support for the care she needs and deserves. No one should have to bear such a large financial burden when many can chip in a small amount!



If you already know and love Marcella Kroll, you have probably benefitted from her being who she is, doing what she does in this world.  For over 20 years, Marcella has been holding healing space as an intuitive, medium, and artist. She is a trailblazer in the realm of the healing arts. She has been doing the hard work of healing witchcraft long before it was cool, and long before the internet/social media. Marcella's magic has inspired many of us who have been called to magical paths, including me.

Marcella was the first healer witch I found on the internet. The first time I came across her and her work it struck a deep resonance in me. Her honesty, vulnerability, and authenticity was absolute medicine to me. At that point in my life, I didn't know any other witches or healers that I could relate to, or that made me feel like I belonged somewhere.  She was truly the first magical role model I ever had, and I will never forget the ways in which she has inspired me to walk this path. 

Marcella is on a short list of human beings whose work keeps me going, because I know she has survived it all. If she has kept going, so can I. Over the last 7 years that I have known Marcella, I have watched her give, and give, and give some more in acts of humble healing service. From the wisdom she freely shares on her Instagram, Youtube, and podcast Saved by the Spell, to teaching Tarot For Teens at the Los Angeles Public Library, to her powerful ritual performances, or just being someone I could look up to as a big sister witch--Marcella gives far more than the average person. And she gives far more than she receives. I have received far more from Marcella's work than I will ever be able to pay her for. 


Like many of us, Marcella does not have dental insurance, and will be paying $4800 out of pocket for the oral surgery she needs. Additional $3700+ funds are the estimated lost wages/her cost of living during Marcella's recovery, as she needs to take at least four weeks off from working to heal from this intensity of this procedure.   

Marcella's surgery is scheduled for 5/8. Surely, between the thousands of people in this community who value Marcella for the treasure she is, this financial burden can be taken off of her so she can focus on her healing -- and not her hustle.
