My 50th Birthday Skydive Fundraiser

For my 50th birthday, my amazing children bought me something I never imagined I’d be doing… a skydive!

I thought with such a wonderful present, I’d put it to good use and use it as an opportunity to raise some funds for two causes very close to my heart.

I’m incredibly excited (with a few butterflies!) and I’ve decided I want to turn this experience into something positive and raise money for two causes that mean so much to me.

In 2021, our family’s life changed forever when my son suffered a traumatic attack which left him with permanent brain damage. Because of that, I’ll be raising money for Headway UK, who support people living with brain injuries and their families.

The second cause is a small independent Shih Tzu rescue that has helped so many dogs in need. As many of you know, dogs are a huge part of my life, and I’ve seen first-hand the incredible work they do to rescue, rehabilitate and care for Shih Tzus who need help. penny donated to their share will go directly towards helping dogs in their care.

I’ll be splitting all donations equally between the two causes.

So… for my 50th birthday, I’ll be jumping out of a plane and I’d be so grateful for any support—whether that’s a donation or simply sharing this post.
