Hi, My name is Aaron O'Shea and I will be taking part in an endurance course called

Hell&Back on the 1st of October with a group in aid of Headway Cork. Headway is a rehabilitation center for people who have had an aquired brain injury. I spent four years attending Headway in Cork. They helped me massively get my life back on track at a young age after my brain injury. They deserve alot more than what they have compared to other headway centres in Ireland and are not government funded. Any donation would be greatly appreciated towards a great cause.
