Headstone for singer Arlene DeMarco

I am starting this Go Fund me for my mother Arlene DeMarco, lead singer of the famous Five DeMarco Sisters.  Today marks 6 years she is gone.  She was my hero, my mentor and the smarted, strongest, most talented woman I have ever known.  I was lucky enough to have spent her last few months with her.  I would give my life for one more moment.  Her loss has effected me more than I could ever express.

 I have set out to do an album for her in her honor titled, DeMarco Legacy.  Unfortuneley, I have only recorded one track.   The financial setback of her Funeral, relocating to California, and medical bills have been difficult.  The cost of this stone is alot more then I was told it would cost or I could afford, but my mother was a star and I wanted to give her a headstone that stood out and was like no other, because that's what she was to me and so many others.

 It was my personal fans and the many fans of the DeMarco Sisters that contacted me and encouraged me to do a Go fund because they wanted to contribute to the legacy of the Demarco Sisters a group like no other, that my mother as the lead brought so much personality to.  She was the one in the middle, you couldn't take your eyes off of from the time she was four.  She also was a two time best selling author as well  But most of all she was my mother, who I loved dearly and hope to make her as proud as I am of her.

For six years she has gone without a headstone, it broke my heart when I went to visit her grave on Thanksgiving and there wasn't even a marker.  It will fill my heart to finally see her have one and to know all that was put into it and paid for by all that loved her and all she was.

I appreciate all contributions anything above my goal I will put towards tracks, and first the single and video I am releasing of  "Over the Rainbow," for the album "DeMarco Legacy."
