Headstone For Leo Amos Caribou

As most of my close friends and family know, we suffered the tragic and sudden loss of the love of my life and father of my children, Leo Amos Caribou, at the young age of 23. On May 14th 2024, we received the news that his life had been taken from him. This loss has shaken our family to its core and I truly hope and pray that no one ever has to suffer through this type of pain.

After going through a long design process and reviewing many different designs, I have finally been able to design a beautiful headstone to honour Leo. I have managed to put $500 towards paying for his headstone, but the remaining costs are still quite high. The owing amount remaining is $6,432.38 and 60% of the total balance must be paid before the headstone can be laid down in the spring.

I have created this fundraiser in the hopes that I will be able to raise some money to go towards covering the costs of this beautiful stone and ensuring that my love’s resting place is as beautiful as possible. I truly appreciate any amount that you are able to donate, and even simply sharing this link if you are unable to donate would be a huge help towards sharing his story and hopefully being able to raise enough to cover the costs of his headstone.

UPDATE - MAY 3: Currently, with the $675 balance still remaining in the Go Fund Me fundraiser, we have managed to earn an additional $1,600 on top of the $500 that was previously paid down. As of right now, that $2,100 has been put towards the payment for Leo’s headstone. After including the $675 from this fundraiser as well, that will be $2,775 that will be paid down. I have been informed by Everlasting Memorials that they will be able to place the stone in the next 3 to 4 weeks if I am able to get the balance closer to 60% paid ($4,159.45).
