Headstone & Plot

On June 20/2020, we lost our daughter Jasmine Ayanna Boa Gonsalves, to liver failure. She was a warrior and battled valiantly for a long time. 

She was the brightest star in any room.
I want people to know that in Jazzy’s passing she was able to help three families, through donating her organs

What we would like to ask your help with, is raising funds for her headstone and plot.
