Heads down 4 ALS

This year my Dad would have been 75 if not for ALS.

My Dad was a great guy, a community organizer in Orange County, CA, a military vet, a water polo coach, an entrepreneur, and an amazing athlete. At 50 he ran his first marathon. Being fit and healthy was just part of who he was, until ALS took that all away.

In case you don't know ALS robs a person of their ability to run, to walk, to feed themselves, and eventually even to breathe.

I am going to put my head down and my feet up every day for a year or until I raise $7,500 for ALS Research. Follow on IG: #headsdown4als @pineapplestreetyoga

Please join me.  We can start by donating $5-$25.

All money  raised goes to the  ALS Association Orange County Chapter.  Every donation will help make impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me and the people who have ALS and their families.

According to the ALS Association, ALS usually strikes people between the ages of 40 and 70, and it is estimated there are more than 20,000 Americans who have the disease at any given time. For unknown reasons, military veterans are approximately twice as likely to be diagnosed with the disease as the general public.
