Heading up to HWPO!

Hi Friends!!

Cody and I are getting a chance of a lifetime to head up to HWPO Headquarters up in Willison, VT for the last weekend of the CrossFit Open. For those that have been following our fitness journey know all of the time and effort with put in to our HWPO training for the last 2+ years. On March 15-16th, we'll have the pleasure to meet some of the pro HWPO athletes, do the final Open workout at HWPO Headquarters, get the full athlete locker room experience, participate in seminars with Aimee Everett and Rob Kearney, and a Q&A with Mat Fraser!!

We appreciate every single one of you for your constant support of us and our fitness journey, and every little bit helps. With our time up in VT comes with travel expenses like registration/gas/food/hotels. We can't wait to soak in every second of this experience and share it with you all! :)
