I Qualified for the HYROX World Championships — And I’d Love Your Support

Hi, I’m Tom — a dad of two, nutrition coach, and someone who has been enjoying the challenge of HYROX because it gave me structure, purpose, and a serious challenge to train for.

This year, after months of consistent training around work, family, and all the usual chaos of life, I qualified for the HYROX World Championships 2025. Even writing that feels a bit mad.

I’m incredibly proud… and if I’m honest, a bit overwhelmed. Competing at this level means travel, race entry, and accommodation costs that add up quickly, especially when you’re also running a small business and raising a family.

So I’m reaching out — something that doesn’t come naturally — to ask for a bit of help.
