The Nonprofit Organization is called New Movement and is an international cultural exchange program! Scholars from all over the world come to teach the community about their culture and how to improve their lives and environment. This organization has created a community of individuals to stay and share their wisdom with the diverse community. The organization has living courters, an art studio, food-court, and conference area to hold events.
My job will be overseeing operations and organizing events that prolong the sustainability of this blossoming community. I will be able to use my experience and ingrained knowledge of planning, operating, and growing a prosperous business entity overseas and seek opportunities to optimize efficient practices to the best of my abilities.
The community is in Lunow-Stolzenhagen, on a National Park in rural north-east Germany, an hour away from Berlin. My Spain experience will be for a culture project in the beautiful mountains of Pre-Pyrenees, just outside of Lleida.
