NEED A HOUSE BEFORE WINTER

We found the perfect house! Camping for 6 weeks with near perfect weather I have been at peace waiting to see where the Lord wants us to live. I've now gotten 3 clients lined up for daycare although not all will start until middle of October. Now it's time to get settled in a house before the summer weather turns to fall. We found a house in the same neighborhood as 2 of our clients. However, it would take me 3 months to save enough income for deposit and first month's rent. I know the warm weather won't hold out that long and neither will the house. If you are unable to help, please, at least share this with other who might. Thanks!
