"Well...I am about to go down a very rough journey. One that unfortunately I am familiar with but it still doesnt make it any easier.

As much as I would like to not have to share this information...I 100% can use as many prayers as I can get.

I also want all of you to know how important questioning your doctors is. Doctors are human and they make mistakes all the time....you have to ask questions and advocate for yourselves and your loved ones at all times.

In 2019 I was diagnosed with breast cancer called "Mucinous Carcinoma". This type of cancer also tested Estrogen positive which means it was being fed by estrogen. Due to it being estrogen positive it also put me at a higher risk for Uterine & Ovarian cancer overtime. So we acted very aggressively and I had a double mastectomy and a full hysterectomy which then threw me into full menopause...so thats been fun.

Each year since then we have grown and celebrated being cancer free. A few weeks ago however I was driving and felt discomfot in the right side of my stomach. After massaging the area for a bit I felt a knot right under my ribcage. I called the doctors and they scheduled a Catscan and confirmed I have 2 tumors on my liver. One is large and measures about 11cm the other is around 2cm. So they then did an MRI. The doctors called with the results of the MRI and they believed it to be FNH (focal nodule hyperplasia). Which they thought could possibly shrink over time. So they wanted to not biopsy it, wait and monitor it.

I DID NOT like the sound of that at all....especially given my history so I requested to have a biopsy completed anyway just to make sure.

Our worst fears were confirmed late Monday afternoon right as our daughters softball game was beginning we received the call with the biopsy results. It is cancer. They call it "Metastatic Breast Cancer" which means its the same breast cancer as before but has now spread to my liver.

They do believe it can be surgically removed but due to its size they may suggest chemo to shrink it first. I am waiting now to have a PetScan which will let us know if it has spread anywhere else as well.

If you could please say a prayer that it hasnt spread anywhere else and that God would guide the doctors I would be very grateful. Thank you for taking your time to read this."
