A 17-year-old boy is currently battling a **severe viral infection affecting his nervous system**, which has left him unable to stand or walk. His condition requires specialised treatment along with ongoing physiotherapy to help him regain mobility.

With the help of generous donors, we completed **two treatment courses**, and there has been significant improvement. Doctors have confirmed that around **90 per cent of the virus has been treated**.

However, the remaining infection is still critical. Without completing the **third and final course**, there is a strong risk that the virus may return and undo all the progress made so far. In addition, he urgently needs **physiotherapy** to regain his ability to stand and walk.

To complete his treatment and recovery, we need approximately **AUD 5000**.

This is a crucial stage in his journey. Completing this final course and physiotherapy can give him a real chance at a normal life.
