My name is Prince, and I recently lost someone who meant the world to me, not by birth, but by bond. He was my father in every way that mattered. He called me son, I called him dad, and together, we built something deeper than DNA: we built trust, love, and family.

Why I’m Asking for Help

For the last stretch of his life, I was by his side. I was his caregiver, his companion, and his son in spirit. I stepped in to manage the home, the bills, the emotional weight, because that's what love does.

Now that he’s gone, I find myself navigating two storms: the grief of losing my best friend and father figure… and the very real, very heavy task of trying to stabilize my own life financially.
