현재 세네갈 다카르에서 복음을 전하며 교회와 신학교를 섬기고 있는 임경택 선교사님은 여러 지역을 오가며 신학교 사역을 감당하고 계십니다. 그러나 대중교통과 열악한 교통 환경으로 인해 사역지 이동이 점점 더 어려워지고 있습니다. 또한 현지 교회 성도들을 돌보고, 복음을 접하지 못한 마을을 방문하고 신학교를 위해 방문하시는 목사님들을 픽업하기 위해서는 반드시 안정적인 교통수단이 필요합니다.

이러한 상황 속에서 선교사님께서는 사역용 차량 구입이 절실한 형편입니다. 차량은 단순한 이동수단이 아니라, 현지 복음 전파와 성도 양육, 현지 교회 지도자 양육, 긴급 상황 시 도움을 주는 귀중한 도구가 될 것입니다.

이에 저희는 선교사님의 사역을 위해 함께 기도해 주시고, 차량 구입을 위한 헌금으로 동참해 주시기를 간절히 부탁드립니다. 작은 정성이라도 모아질 때 하나님께서 귀하게 사용하셔서, 선교 현장에서 더욱 풍성한 열매가 맺히리라 믿습니다.

We pray that God’s grace and peace may always be with you.

Currently serving in Dakar, Senegal, Missionary Kyung-Taek Lim is faithfully proclaiming the gospel and ministering to both the local church and seminary. His ministry requires frequent travel across various regions, but due to limited public transportation and difficult travel conditions, moving between mission sites has become increasingly challenging. In addition, in order to care for church members, visit unreached villages, and provide transportation for pastors visiting the seminary, a reliable vehicle has become an essential need.

In this situation, the missionary is in urgent need of a ministry vehicle. This will not be a mere means of transportation, but rather a vital tool for spreading the gospel, nurturing believers, training local church leaders, and providing assistance in times of emergency.

Therefore, we earnestly ask for your prayers and for your partnership through offerings toward the purchase of this vehicle. We firmly believe that even the smallest gift, when gathered together, will be used preciously by God and will bear abundant fruit in the mission field.

“This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.” (2 Corinthians 9:12)
