Help the McCalla Family Rebuild

Donation protected
On June 1, 2024 at 2 AM, a devastating fire in Oakland, NJ destroyed the home of Natalie, Omar and Amaría (age 6) leaving the home completely uninhabitable.

Thankfully, everyone made it out of the house safe and sound. With the exception of some documents and the clothes they were wearing this event has left them with virtual no belongings and no place to call home.

We are calling on the general public, community, friends and family to support this family as they strive to rebuild their lives and make it through this trying time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a big difference to them.

To those that know the McCalla family, you know the difficult journey they’ve already endured with raising a daughter who was born with multiple disabilities. This was their first true home as a family outside of the extensive time spent at hospitals. This home represented their bright future.

For physical donations please contact any member of the donation team. Thank you so much for your continued kindness.
