Help Jordan and His family
Donation protected
Hello as many of you know on 11/17/2021 at about 8:30AM Jordan and his 3 year old son Logan were at the city bus stop waiting for the bus so they could head into town. A Lincoln County Transit public transportation bus struck Jordan and his 3 Year old son at a bus stop on the side of the road on Highway 101 near NW 55th Street and milepost 137 in north Newport, not far from the Yaquina Head Lighthouse
According to a press release from the Newport Police Department, the bus was traveling southbound on Highway 101 when it left its lane of traffic and hit Jordan and His son who were waiting at the bus stop. Newport Police Chief Jason Malloy said at the scene that the cause of the incident is still unknown.
Both the Jordan and his son were injured and transported to Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport before being transferred to a Portland area hospital via Life Flight.
Now both are hospitalized up in Portland. Jordan has a fractured jaw and fractured skull down by his ear, a broken leg, and he has internal bleeding. His little boy has a broken arm, both legs and a gash on his head. This is something so devastating. We made this Go fund me page to help pay medical bills and any bills they have as Jordan will be out of work for a while anything you can do helps whether it be share, donate or just a prayer. We will do a meal train when they come home. We will keep everyone updated as we get more information on Jordan and his son.
