Hi my name is Alison Orrell my love is Dobermann’s. Below are brief details of the devastating news two of my friends and clients received last week. They are still in shock heartbroken and worried beyond belief with the news they’ve received.

Jackson’s Story ❤️❤️

Jackson is a 4 year old Dobermann Deborah & Dave are his mum and dad who adore him. Jackson has been unwell on and off for a few weeks but last week they received the heartbreaking news that their beautiful boy Jackson had more than likely got Cancer after having an ultrasound which showed a mass between the intestines and spleen that looked like a tumor. After lots of discussions they decided to take Jackson to Liverpool Veterinarian Hospital for an MRI Scan which was carried out today (13/3/25) the scan has shown two areas of concern which they have said could be an obstruction and a partial obstruction that have mineralised and moved partly through the intestines or cancer which also has mineralisation in it so neither can be ruled out. The only way to find this out for sure is to perform surgery. We are praying for it to be a foreign object and that it can be removed easily either way he may need some of his intestines taking away also if they can’t get to it. He will have a lengthy stay in hospital after his surgery for his recovery and follow up care.

Jackson does have insurance cover but this is not going to meet with the ongoing costs sadly. So I’m trying to help where I can to take some pressure off his mum and dad at this heartbreaking emotional time. So if you feel it in your heart ❤️ to make a donation it will be greatly received.
