We are the University of Michigan Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). NSBE is a professional, student-run organization that focuses on increasing the number of culturally responsible black engineers, who excel academically, succeed professionally, and posittively impact the community.

In order to fulfill this mission, our NSBE chapter hosts and attends academic, professional, community, and social events throughout the school year. Our biggest event and largest expense is always National Convention, which is being held in California this year. At this event, our members get the chance to attend workshops, network with black engineers across the country, and search for jobs at a career fair. Our chapter wants to send as many members as we can to California for this fantastic opportunity, and as only college students, our members will need help from their chapter to get them there. Please help us raise the money we need to send our members to California for the opportunity of the year.
