Please Help Taz Heal and Thrive

Earlier this month, Taz’s life took a heartbreaking turn. He was adopted from Baldwin Park Animal Care Center by a homeless man who was struggling with mental instability. Within just two days, animal control officers found Taz abandoned in a parking lot, wandering alone, dehydrated, and bearing scars around his eyes.

He is only two years old, yet his body tells the story of neglect and hardship. Severely underweight, suffering from an irregular bladder, and so frail he barely has the energy to move - Taz is skin and bone.

Thankfully, LUP Sanctuary in Northern California stepped in and saved his life. They gave Taz the safety and love he so desperately needed. But his journey to recovery is just beginning. On August 29th, he has a veterinary appointment to address his medical conditions. These costs, along with ongoing care, are overwhelming for the sanctuary to shoulder alone.

LUP Sanctuary has also taken in another precious life, Oshly, whose rescue required immediate resources. Every dollar matters, not only for Taz but for all the dogs who are depending on this sanctuary for survival and a second chance.

We are raising $900 to cover Taz’s veterinary care, treatment, and recovery. Every bit of support brings us closer to giving him the life he deserves.

Taz deserves to know what it means to feel safe, healthy, and loved. He deserves a future beyond pain and abandonment.

How You Can Help

Your support can make the difference between suffering and healing for Taz. Donations will go directly toward his medical care, food, and the resources needed to help him regain his strength.

You can help write a new chapter in Taz’s story - one filled with hope, love, and the chance to finally thrive. Even the smallest contribution can bring Taz closer to recovery.

Thank you for your support!
