We would like to help raise money for the charity calm. The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK and the cause of 18 deaths every day. We want to stop this. The Campaign offers professional, free, confidential support and information for men via phone and webchat seven days a week, 5pm to 12 midnight.
Men’s mental health problems are at an all time high, since our dad passing its come to light so many others we know are currently struggling with their mental health. If anything good can come of this, it would be to help someone else and prevent others losing their loved ones.
Don’t suffer in silence, seek help, especially in these difficult times. It’s not worth the devastation you leave behind, when you are so loved. Everyone needs their Dad, no matter what age.
You are forever in our hearts Daddy, your children, Lucy, Charley, Leo & Scarlett.
