Mission: To assist individuals to identify their capabilities, become aware of their choices regarding their daily lives, and provide the support system which allows them to lead the most independent life possible in a normal and natural environment.
The Howard County Children's Center Board, Director, Assistant Director, and Staff invite you to become a part of this important service to those individuals who may not have a fighting chance otherwise. Your kind and generous pledge can make a difference.
