Avery's Heart Surgery

Hello,

Some of you might already know, but for those who dont, Avery is having open heart surgery. They finally gave us a date of June 13th. I need help with everyday expenses and bills while I take time off work. I am using my vacation time, but I only have a week to use, and the hospital recovery time is an average of a week. I am needing to take an additional week off to help my wife adjust to Avery's medical needs while he is healing at home while keeping up with our other 2 children. I dont think it will cover everything. If anyone is willing to help, we would greatly appreciate it.
