The vision for CNJ Foundation is to cultivate family support and services for parents of childhood cancer patients “
"Mommy, "please don't forget me when I become an angel," these were the words from my daughter.
I was introduced to cancer through my daughter. Cherae was diagnosed with stage IV Neuroblastoma, she received her wings at the tender age of 3 in 1999.
While many may have felt defeated, I use these experiences to help others.
When you look death in the face, it changes your life forever. I tell people the truth about childhood cancer and living with colon cancer.
The CNJ Foundation (Cherae Nekole Jackson), was formed in 2014, received nonprofit 501 (c) (3) status 2015. It has taken over 17 yrs to start this creditable organization.
The CNJ Foundation is the umbrella that will assist families impacted with childhood cancer by providing financial, travel, co-pay assistance, groceries and emotional support while coping with this disease.
My goal is to let everyone know that God has your back—keep living and keep believing. In the words of my three-year-old, “Keep smiling.”
We are just getting started and with your help we can become monumental.
Your dollars will help in many ways:
* Mortgage/Rent
* Food/Utilities
* Travel for Treatment
* Lodging
* Referral Counseling Services
* Angel Parents Night Out
* Sibling Day Out
* Etc.
