Hi, my name is Amy. I have been excepted into Youth With A Mission (YWAM) upcoming this September. The training is a course of 3 months of biblical and missionary training in Kona Hawaii. In the following 3 months I will spread Gods word in a foreign country and help those in need.

I have been given this amazing opportunity because of the tragic loss I am still processing and trying to endure. On June 22, 2021 the love of my life, which we were building a future with was taken from this earth in a tragic work accident. I feel this opportunity is a huge stepping stone to help me heal with the process of grief and connect better with God. During this time of grief I have found myself creating a better relationship with God, that has helped tremendously. One way I know to start my healing process is to fulfill this mission in this opportunity that has come in the most inopportune time of a persons life.

I just want to add that if you do decide to donate all funds are going towards the missionary trip itself and if you are not able to donate , just spreading the word would in itself be a blessing.
