Harris County Little League Major Girls Win State Title With Dramatic Walk-Off Hit.
They did it! Thanks to your support the Harris County Major Girls won the Georgia State Major Girls Title and will move on to battle the Southeastern State Champs for the honor of representing the Southeast in the Little League World Series in Portland, OR. The hotel bill for the State Championship alone was $5,000 and thanks to the generosity of Harris County residents and families we were able to cover that tab and buy each of the girls a State Championship T-shirt along with a pizza dinner and Mexican dinner. Now we have to start over and raise funds for the trip to the Southeastern Regional Tournament. Please find it in your heart to help us make this trip one these girls will never forget!
