Sadly, cancer came for my mom but she is a warrior and is braving the battle. She has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, staged at 4b and has been receiving treatment since late April. Chemo and radiation have really taken its toll on her mind and spirit, but especially her body. She needs round the clock care with everything from med management to bathing to laundry, food prep, transportation, etc. Needless to say, it has been a very rough road.

One might guess that this is also taking a huge financial toll, putting more strain on an already frail Connie, which is why I’ve decided to try this fundraiser. Never in a million years would I imagine having to do this, but I would do anything for mom, so if you have the means and want to help out a fabulous, caring and compassionate human soul, please consider helping out in her fight against this horrific disease.
