On November 13th, we received the news that our baby has a congenital heart defect called Double Outlet Right Ventricle and a Ventricular Septal Defect. When he is born, he will be taken to Cardinal Glennon NICU where he will face at least one open heart surgery and a projected stay in the NICU of around one month. Right now, his prognosis is positive. Any donations made will be used for medical bills, food, expenses for staying in the NICU, transportation cost to and from hospital, and follow up appointments.
