A family in need

Introduction to Present Situation

Our family is currently facing some troubling times and needs public help. One of our friends (wish to stay anonymous) because they are homeless and without a car. This family is a family of six and is currently trying to do everything possible to stay afloat. Unfortunately, three weeks ago, they were evicted from their apartment as they were unable to afford the rent. The family was forced to relocate to another city and used all their remaining funds to move about two hours from where they were previously. The move not only diminished their funds, but they also had to leave their jobs. Within a week of being in the new city, they both found new jobs, and things had been looking up. The spouse of our family member has not only found a job in the new city but is currently working with a US Army Recruiter to enlist and start a career in the US Military in order to ensure this never happens again. The family was working hard to create a fresh start. However, this afternoon their vehicle was tracked down via GPS and Repossessed, and this is what caused us to create this GoFundMe and seek help from our community. This will not only prevent them from being able to go to work and get back up but could also hinder or delay the father of the family from joining the military and having a stable career, as he will be without a vehicle. 

Contributing would support with multiple medical bills, childcare fees, and multiple other unexpected bills led to this family’s struggles. Unfortunately, some unforeseen medical expenses came after the birth of their youngest child and led to the destabilization of the family finances. Although nothing serious resulted from the birth as far as any harm to the baby or the mother, the medical bills were substantial and created a massive burden for the family. The family is currently struggling and can not catch a break. The bills resulted in them being unable to pay their vehicle payments and rent, ultimately leading to their current position.

Necessities and Donation Contributions

The main priority right now is getting back the vehicle so that the family can get back to work and get back on their feet. This will cost approximately $2,500, but we are keeping it open for $8,000 so that if our community is willing, they can also receive money for groceries and other basic necessities. Anything helps tremendously, and if you are unable to give, please consider praying for this family. This family is hardworking, and all five have hearts of Gold. Unfortunately, one bad thing after another for over a year has led to this downward spiral.
