At Level Group, our strength lies in our community. Last year, we launched our first Local Impact initiative - a chance to give back in a meaningful way using the skills, resources and generosity that exist within our network.

While the first project coincided with our annual conference, Local Impact isn’t limited by time or location. It’s something we want to do every year - when and where it’s needed most.

This year, that need is close to home.

Ange Clarke, from Level Plumbing Inverell, is a much-loved Member of our network. She’s warm, generous, and always the first to offer support. Now, Ange is facing stage 4 pelvic cancer - and it’s our turn to show up for her.

She and her husband Simon, who many of you know, have built their business and raised four beautiful children through sheer hard work and heart. They were preparing to renovate their home before Ange’s diagnosis, but treatment, travel and time away from the business have understandably taken priority.

So we’re rallying together to help. Our Members and key supplier partners will contribute plumbing and electrical labour and materials, but we need to raise funds to cover the additional trades - things like kitchen, carpentry, painting, and plastering - to get the job done properly.

This is not a handout. If you know Ange, you’ll know just how hard it is for her to accept help. But this is a moment for our Level community to live our values. To ease some of the pressure. To help make Ange and Simon’s home a more comfortable place to focus on what really matters - each other, and their family.

Whether you’re a fellow Member, a supplier, a friend of the Clarkes or someone who simply wants to help - we’d be grateful for anything you can contribute.

Let’s do something powerful, together.
