Hi! My name is Jeven Showers. I have been cooking for about 20 years now, Started as a dishwashwer and worked my way up to restaurant owner. In that time I have cooked everything from French to Thai cuisine, but my favorite has always been Tex-Mex and BBQ! Recently I acquired a 5x8 BBQ pit trailer and have started  "Jeven's Tex-Mex BBQ" Catering company. At this point i am ready to bring my BBQ to the masses!
