Snacks For My Students!
Donation protected
Help replenish my classroom snack supply!
This year I've been teaching mostly 3rd-5th grade boys and they are SO HUNGRY. As the SB teacher (SB stands for "School Based," which is both a vague and redundant term imo), I have a caseload of Setting III EBD and ASD students, so there is a lot going on in my room. I love all my kiddos dearly and have no problem spending a little money on them, but they can easily go through multiple boxes of granola bars and crackers daily and it's been adding up! Plus, the more affordable snacks generally have way too much sugar, and I'd like to be able to purchase healthier options with more protein and better carbs. Minneapolis Public Schools does have a great snack program, with a variety of fruits and vegetables, but sometimes it's just radishes or something else "weird" the kids won't eat.
With everything happening around the world and in our own lives right now, I know there are much more urgent causes to put money towards. So any small donation(s) will be greatly appreciated and enjoyed. The afternoon slump is real, and snacks can literally save the day. Your money will create better learners and keep me from being crabby. Room 302 thanks you!!
