"JP" Memorial Fund
Update: We are working with Go Fund Me at this time to receive the funds to be given to Robert and Crystal, Josh's parents. Please continue reading for further updates down below.
It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating loss of JP who was tragically taken from this world far too soon. He was just about to begin his Senior year of high school, full of hopes, plans, and the bright future he so deeply deserved.
JP was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew him. His contagious smile, kind heart, and willingness to help others made him instantly loved by everyone. Whether you knew him for a moment or a lifetime, he left a lasting impact on all who knew him. He was instantly loved by friends, family, teachers, and anyone blessed to cross his path.
The family is receiving assistance from NM Crime Victims Reparation Commission which will help cover funeral costs up to $6000.
Family and friends are hoping to assist the family in applying for other funding sources to help with the loss of wages and medical bills.
However there are still many financial needs not covered by these programs. This memorial fund has been created to support the family with expenses outside of CVRC and other funding sources, including:
-Memorial arrangements to honor JP's life
-Household and day-to-day expenses
-Unexpected financial burdens the family may face during this painful time.
As you all know, JP's girlfriend Maritza is my daughter and we are very heartbroken and lost without him. This fundraiser has been kept very private and has only been shared with trusted family members and friends whom have reached out to help. I will be managing the transfer personally to avoid this burden upon his family. All funds raised will be given directly to his parents as beneficiary by me. If you have any questions or concerns please give me a call.
Keep JP's family in your prayers and thank you very much for supporting his loved ones, and carrying his light forward. I thank each and every one of you for being here for us and I pray that all of you receive Gods hand in comfort during this painful loss.
