Help save syrian boy Hazem

This is Hazem a 3 year old syrian refugee in lebanon.
Hazem spilt boiling hot oil on himself and has 3rd degree burns.
He requires a operation to continue the healing process.
However his family have no funds to pay for his treatment and operation.
Cost of operation is $33000 so far $4000 has been raised leaving $29000 still needed.

I have personally spoken to Dr Tarek from Salam hospital in tripoli he has provided a medical report and more pictures of Hazem.
