Hi,my name is Hazel Conner. On August 12th,2025 I discovered that I have stage 111c Ovarian Cancer. I was in shocked and lost for words. The first thing that came to mind was,Why me of all people? I am only 37 years old. I have 3 kids and 2 of them are still toddlers. I do not know what to do,my relatives don't live close by to be able to help at least with the kids. My partner can't believe it either. He was supposed to go back to work in Montana,we live in Tennessee. But he chose to stay so he could go thru this with me,and be my emotional and mental support. I don't know what I would do without him. His mom flew up from Texas so somebody could watch the kids while we go to my doctor's appts. I just had my first cycle of chemo yesterday,August 22nd 2025. I will be doing 3 cycles of chemo,then surgery and then another 3 cycles of chemo after the surgery. I decided to do this gofundme,to help with the medical bills not covered by my insurance,and also to help with our bills and other expenses while my partner has not come back to work yet.
