Hazel's dying wish: see the ocean

Hazel Day is losing her battle with cancer. She is just 65 years old and has been told she has less than 2 months to live. She is currently in a rehabilitation center recovering from hip surgery, due to weakened bones from the cancer that has spread throughout her body, including more than 36 tumors in her brain.
Hazel has NEVER seen the ocean; never heard the surf hit the sand; never felt an ocean breeze.
Her sweet daughter, Victoria, would like to make Hazel’s dream come true by taking her to Cannon Beach, OR for a few days and staying at Schooner's Cove Inn so that Hazel can sit on the balcony (she is unable to walk) and see the ocean that has eluded her her entire life! They will need to rent a car that will accomodate a wheelchair and also be comfortable for Hazel on the 7 hour journey to the coast.
This trip will take place mid-October so please contribute soon so we can reserve the hotel room as soon as possible.
Any money over the amount for the trip will be used to help with funeral expenses.
