Hazel needs a ride and we need your help to make it happen. Hazel was born with cerebal palsy and is in desperate need of a wheelchair accessible van. She is being cared for by her grandparents and they simply do not have the funds to purchase one. The vehicle they are currently transporting her in only has 1 working door and no heat or air. She has to be taken to Nashville for many doctors appointents and it is very difficult. They need to purchase a good reliable van that will last for many years and can accomodate her and her wheelchair as she grows. Please help Hazel get a ride by donating or sharing.
